Karen's streaming workouts are awesome! It's just what I need during this quarantine to stay motivated!! Mentally it's giving me something to look forward to and it's making me stay accountable for my physical well-being.
A while back I found this great deal on Groupon, my original plan was to use my sessions then go back to working out on my own with a little bit more knowledge. Who knew more than 4 years later I would be continuing my training sessions? Karen is so knowledgeable and motivating, I just don’t get the same level of work out on my own. Even though my work schedule can be hard to schedule around, Karen has been very accommodating and makes me feel like my health and fitness matter to her. There have even been times when I have given up on myself and she has swooped in with an encouraging text or a call just to check on me, it was exactly what I needed to get me through a rough patch. After working with her all these years, I may jokingly call her evil during our sessions but I consider her not only my trainer but also a friend.
